We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original labels and protective hygiene strips intact into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
